FG Bans Movement of Corpses over Ebola Virus

The Federal government has banned the movement of any dead bodies to anywhere in the country to avoid the spread of Ebola virus.

The minister of state for health, Dr. Khairu Al-Hassan,  said " dead bodies of any position will not be transported again to any part of this country".

He said"  Anybody  who dies  will be buried at where he/she died especially from the three major affected countries of Ebola".

Dr. Al-Hassan Said this in Kano on Saturday while meeting with Northern Emirs Committee on the primary healthcare held at government house Kano.

The minster explained that about 139 cases have  been reported of Ebola virus in the country, adding that    those affected are under strict control.
