Peter Okoye - a member of Psquare
- has risen fans' hopes again confriming their trip to Namibia in three
days time ahead of their planned concert and kick off of their 'Double Trouble' tour.
His confirmation comes after starafrica.com
released a disturbing report yesterday Sept. 24 that the Namibian
Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration denied the music group visas
into Namibia due to Ebola scare.
The
sexy singer posted on his Instagram page Thursday morning saying:
'Hello world we're bringing Double Trouble to you! Kicking off in
Namibia 3days from now, Congo got next (oct 4th), then we're off to
dubai (October 9th).... #Doubletrouble #worldtour #live #concert'
In a phone chat with Psquare's publicist, Bayo Adetu,
Sept. 24, he told Pulse.ng, "I have no idea about that... The boys are
travelling." He further added that, "However, everybody just needs to be
careful".
To further reconfirm Peter's announcement, BBA winner Dillish Mathews also posted on social media:
"NB!!!!!
The show is STILL ON FOR THIS WEEKEND IN #NAMIBIA guys! Please don't
listen to the rumours. I'm 900% sure!!! Get ready to dance #Namibia
#Namibia #Namibia #Nigeria #Africa".
We reached out to the Namibiam Home Affairs Permanent Secretary... but there isn't any comment yet.
